Our free No Sweat Intro session is a get to know you session. There’s no workout and no sweating involved! Spend 30 minutes with one of our trainers to discuss your fitness goals and determine which of our programs will work best for you.

CrossFit On Ramp

If you are fairly fit but have never done CrossFit before our OnRamp is your quickest gateway to the world of CrossFit. You will work directly with a personal trainer who will evaluate your current level of ability and instruct you in essential CrossFit movements, safety protocols, and workout scaling. The OnRamp is designed to ease the transition into the CrossFit community, helping individuals become familiar with the movements and the concept of scaling, and gain the confidence needed to thrive in regular CrossFit classes.

CrossFit Fundamentals

Crossfit Fundamentals is designed for those who are returning to fitness after a layoff, new moms, aging athletes, larger bodied athletes and those who have never entered a gym in their life! This class is based on CrossFit movements and principles that are modified so that people of every fitness level can participate and feel good about their progress.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high level of intensity. Our group classes are different every day and designed to be scalable for people of all abilities. Small class size means our trainers are able to focus on each individual and help where needed.

Boot Camp

You’ll improve your cardiovascular capacity, strength, agility, and overall body tone with this fun, low-impact, military inspired circuit class. No barbells here but plenty of varied cardio, calisthenics and mobility work with light weights.

‘The Barn’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Kids and Adults at CrossFit Aiken

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art using the principles of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of human anatomy in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent. Unlike other martial arts that focus on strikes and/or kicks, jiu jitsu focuses on close-contact “grappling” holds and techniques, and the application of chokes and joint-manipulations. Our classes focus on proper technique and prioritize safety first. We are blessed to have 3 black belts that regularly coach our classes: Professors Matt Osteen, Ken Lucas, and John Bolton. Our adult classes are tailored to suit any skill level, whether you are competitive or just want to learn a new skill. Our classes for kids aged 5 and up focus on fun and safety first while at the same time learning correct basic skills to provide a solid foundation for future learning.

Childcare

Our Kids Area at CrossFit Aiken is an 8 x 8 enclosed space with matted floors. Centrally located on the gym floor, plexiglass walls on two sides allow you to see your children and they can watch you workout. There is a small desk and chairs for reading or homework, toys for both boys and girls, and plenty of comfortable seating. We ask that your children remain in the Kids Area while they are in the gym to keep them safe, and that you escort them if they need use the bathroom or leave for any other reason.

At CrossFit Aiken, we pride ourselves on providing top-of-the-line equipment to ensure our clients achieve their fitness goals. Our facility is equipped with Rogue barbells, Concept2 rowers and ski ergs, Assault AirBikes, GHDs, padded martial arts floor and boxing bags to enhance your CrossFit training experience. We also offer a variety of kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyometric boxes for comprehensive functional fitness workouts, and pride ourselves in being the only fitness facility in the area with CrossFit Quarter-Finals standard 15 ft ropes. With our extensive range of equipment, CrossFit Aiken is committed to helping you become stronger, faster, and more agile.

At Crossfit Aiken, we want you to be a part of our community because you want to be here, not because you are financially obligated.
