Most of our classes have a cap to make sure that they aren't overcrowded and you are getting the attention that you are paying for, so if you are planning on visiting us, please make sure you register beforehand.  If you are unsure about joining, want to speak to a trainer, or just see the facility, you are welcome to visit us.  Please check the schedule and stop by before or after any scheduled class.
