Fitness has many interpretations, and there are countless avenues you can take to get to where you want to go. At our facility, we want to offer as many choices as possible to see what is the best fit for you personally. Our knowledgeable trainers come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and bring years of experience to each class that they teach. They will guide you through the class, provide feedback and points of performance, and give you an overall exceptional experience. Hopefully you'll make plenty of new friends along the way too.
Meet the Trainers
Owner and Head Coach
Brent received a BS in Biology from USCA in 2009, is a US Air Force veteran, and has been involved with CrossFit since 2007. He is a CrossFit level 2 trainer , a level 2 USAW Sports Performance Coach, and has coached multiple athletes at national weightlifting events.
Jon "Vik" Viklinetz
Jon Viklinetz, also known as Vik was born and raised in Lebanon, Connecticut. He studied Early Childhood Education at University of South Carolina Aiken, where he pitched for the baseball team. He is a Level 1 trainer, has been involved with CFA since 2013, and views CrossFit as an effective and efficient method to maintain and improve fitness in the time constraints of a busy professional and family life.
CrossFit and Boot Camp Coach
Dana is a graduate of Columbia College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been doing CrossFit since 2011, is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and enjoys running and yoga as well. She is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and motivating others to feel the same.
Muay Thai and Boxing Coach
Chris is a veteran of the US Navy, and was a fitness coordinator while in the military. He has trained Muay Thai in both Japan and Thailand, where he lived and competed for 7 years.
Krissy is a Parankriya Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience, a Pranakriya Yoga Therapist and an energy/body healer with a background in Thai Yoga Therapy and Bio Energy Healing. Krissy has been teaching and practicing yoga over the last 6 years.
Alexandrea "Ally' Kneece has been teaching yoga since 2011. She was trained as a 200hr Baptiste instructor. You'll probably find her running with her dogs in Hitchcock Woods or hanging out in the Alley. Her motto is "Do something today that your 90 year old self will thank you for."
